Focus Group Evaluation BA

On the 29th of March our team carried out a focus group with the other members of our class in order to enhance our research and find out more about what our target audience want with Persil. This helps us to collect more informative responses, as opposed to a brief survey where we only receive one sentence or in some cases one word responses.

As the spokesperson for our group, it was my job to ask the questions, and motivate our audience to give us a justifiable answer. We found out what people did and didn't like about Persil, and what could be done to improve it. Although everyones thoughts and opinions did conflict, it was all useful to our team because we now know that the majority of people do not like every aspect of the Persil product range.
