Focus Group Evaluation CN

On the 29th of March our group did a focus group on Persil laundry detergent, to find out more on our product and the opinions of other members of our class that use Persil and if not why? To help us find out more on who is our target audience so we know when we are doing our adverts we aim it at the right audience. It will help us get a more in-depth opinion rather than getting one sentence answers from surveys.     
As a spokesman for our group it was my job to ask the questions and motivate the group to give us a better in-depth answer. We found out what people like and dislike about Persil products, and then advice on how we can improve them. In the focus there were some conflicts of opinions but the majority of the focus group like and buy Persil but also helped us to try and improve.
